A better you, inside and out

Out of necessity, I went gluten free. I have Celiac but I didn’t know it for years. As a genetic disorder that doesn’t always have symptoms, my body finally broke down.  It was pre-fad so doctors didn’t even know what they were looking for. To all I appeared “healthy” even though I felt miserable.

I have spent nearly half of my life adapting and helping others to adapt. My single message to others is to “consider it a blessing to have the ability to positively impact your health by changing your diet.” This change is a blessing, not a curse. Learn how to do it with a positive outlook and a grateful heart!

In the end it all contributes to a better you, inside and out!
