Out of necessity, I went gluten free. I have Celiac but I didn’t know it for years. As a genetic disorder that doesn’t always have symptoms, my body finally broke down. It was pre-fad so doctors didn’t even know what they were looking for. To all I appeared “healthy” even though I felt miserable.
I have spent nearly a third of my life adapting and helping others to adapt. My single message to others is it’s good to have the ability to positively impact your health with your diet. This change is a blessing, not a curse. Learn how to do it with a positive outlook and a grateful heart!
In the end it all contributes to a better you, inside and out!
